"All anything needs is a "start"."

An automaton first created to connect and power vehicles and energy structures, acting as the middleman. He then learned that if he "upgraded" himself he could simply become the power source and eliminate the need for outside energy. In a short amount of time, the energy machinations he build within his chassis began bursting out without a source to use it on. While he did create a limiter within it, when ever it reaches its maximum energy storage, it blasts out of him like an energy burst.

Static Heart - Passive
At every 5th second, you discharge an electrical burst that deals XX damage in an AoE(15m).
If "Secure Source" and/or "Power Output" is attached to an enemy, reduce the timer by 1 second for each.

Upgrades:
1 AP: improve the AoE by XXm.
2 AP: You trigger "Static Heart" when you melee hit an enemy.
5 AP: The effects of "Static Heart" also trigger from targets held by "Secure Source" and "Power Output".

Secure Source - Active
Launch out a mechanical hand that grabs and holds the enemy hero hit within 15m of Galvert for 5 seconds.
While held, Galvert and the enemy hero have tug-o-war mechanics(either cant go opposite from each other beyond 15m).
While an enemy is held, gain XX bullet damage, XX bullet velocity, and gain XX ammo per second.

Upgrades:
1 AP: reduce the cooldown by XX seconds.
2 AP: bullet damage, bullet velocity, and ammo per second are doubled.
5 AP: Gain a bullet build up mechanic. when your bullets hit the enemy at full build up, remove the buildup and deal extra weapon damage.

Power Output - Active
Launch out a mechanical hand that grabs and holds the enemy hero hit within 15m of Galvert for 5 seconds.
While held, Galvert and the enemy hero have tug-o-war mechanics(either cant go opposite from each other beyond 15m).
While an enemy is held, deal XX spirit damage per 0.5 seconds.
*cannot use your weapon if "Power Output" is in use.*

Upgrades:
1 AP: reduce the cooldown by XX seconds.
2 AP: Increase the spirit scaling by XX per second active.
5 AP: If damage reaches a threshold, gain XX spirit for XX seconds.

Power Source Overload - Active
You visibly pulsate energy for 3 seconds. At the 3rd second, you release a burst of electrical energy dealing XX spirit damage in a 15m AoE,
and reducing their melee, bullet, and spirit resistances by 15% for 8 seconds. "Power Source Overload" also trigger from held targets.
*resistance reductions does not stack*

Upgrades:
1 AP: Improve the spirit scaling by XX per held enemy.
2 AP: Gain XX barrier per enemy hero hit for 10 seconds.
5 AP: Reduce the pulsating timer by 2 seconds. reduce the resistances by another 5%
