An anti-parry defensive item that doubles as a specialist item for dealing with stuns in general. Turns parry into a splashy ability with a much longer cooldown that no longer stuns enemies, but damages and cripples them.

I don't understand you describing it as an anti-parry item when it focuses on parrying enemies.

The issue I have with this item is the possibility of teammates' actions resulting in your stamina getting depleted. It would be better if the stamina depletion only happens to the player getting parried.

I would forego the stun resistance and turn it into a tier 2 item instead.
 
I see why you think that anti-parry seems weird. It doesn't say so explicitly, but the stun resistance (SPECIFICALLY stun) includes the stun when you're parried. So it makes being parried less powerful for the opponent, but at the same time, changes the properties of your own parry.

It's a good point about affecting the stamina of surrounding enemies. Maybe having this affect a single target would be best. But I do think the stun resistance is super important; when I came up with this idea, it was in mind for tankier/non-spirit characters who were looking for a useful splash into this category.
