As we all know FSR is mean to make a game run better at higher frame rate if you have a stable 60 fps minimum. However in my experience it's causing frame drops etc
I'm on a 6950 xt so it's clearly not a gpu issue. The driver is the latest one. my PC is more than capable to run it, I built it myself so I'm confident in it.
What seems to be the issue is that the FSR2 isn't work well. I'm guessing this is an optimisation issue, but I'm wondering if it works for others fine? If it's consistent for multiple users to not be working then I'd suggest disabling it and having another look at it.
