According to DLSS swapper (a modding tool to force or swap upscaling versions or their dll's), Deadlock is actually using FSR 3.1 (on Vulkan) which is the only requirement for driver-software level upgrade to become fsr 4 alongside having a 9000 series gpu. So hoping it should be possible and just bugged? Haven't had any luck with Optiscaler to force FSR 4.
DLSS 4 is available with the transformer model and so naturally one would think the competition's version is possible to activate. Not sure if FSR 4 will be implemented on a future schedule or we're suppose to force it ourselves as amd users.
