Frustration with Deadlock Game's Connection Issues and Penalty System

Dear Steam Support,

I hope this message finds you well. I’m reaching out to express my frustration regarding my recent experiences with Valve’s game, Deadlock. I have encountered repeated issues with rubberbanding and getting kicked from games, despite having a reliable internet connection. I’ve also seen that many other players are facing similar problems, which makes me feel that these issues are not isolated.

What has made this even more frustrating is the penalty system. After being kicked from a game due to these connection issues, I now have to play four low-priority matches, and I'm banned from regular play for three hours. This punishment feels overly harsh, especially considering that the connection issues were beyond my control. I simply don’t have the time to wait through lengthy low-priority queues.

I hope you can offer some assistance or at least take this feedback into consideration. I really want to enjoy Deadlock, but these penalties make it difficult.
