I have been playing on a newly built PC for almost two months now and have been playing almost every day. As of yesterday or the day before I have been crashing multiple times in a single match. Usually what happens is it just locks up and the executable terminates. Often it's when I'm about to hop in a team fight but not always. One time it completely locked up my PC and had to cold boot. I just updated my BIOS to the latest version and am hoping that helps but I'm not holding my breath since it was fine for quite some time and just recently starting having issues.
