Frozen with audio after disconnect

My wifi is kind of spotty and occasionally drops. When I reconnected to a bot match, I could hear the audio of the enemy team taking our base and see the kill feed being updated. However, I was frozen and could not use the dev tools to reset myself.

Has this happened to anyone else? Is this a networking problem relevant to the devs?

It happened again (edit) in a live match. I can move the camera and see effects on Seven and Pocket, plus killfeed and audio. Not sure if the others could see my messages. I can't leave or I get an abandon penalty.

When I disconnected from the game and joined back, everything returned to normal.
