friend's messages dissapear after the match

I have this problem, after a single played match my friend's messages become invisible to me (i can see other people messages, and they can see other people messages too) but i can't see their messages at all (not in the all or the group chat), i tried using other account and the same bug appeared after one played match, does anyone know what could fix this problem?
