Friend declined first invite to the playtest. Can I invite him again?

Hello!
My friend received his first invite to Deadlock around a year ago from other person. He declined that invite.

I sent him invite but he doesn’t see it at https://store.steampowered.com/account/playtestinvites and there is nothing on his email.

Is there way for him to get this second invite or the only option is to get the new account?

The link fixed the issue for me, try and see if it works for you guys as well.

Hello! No, he had to create another account to get the invite.
On the main account there is still nothing.

I'm having the same problem. About a year ago, my friend received an invite to play, but declined because he didn't know what it was. Now he wants to play, but can't get another invite.

I tried accessing the link to the playtests, but nothing appears.
