Make that 190, and that would be more farier.

This item could for sure be interesting. This would make Abrams run further, Abrams slam down faster, Apollo fly out faster, Apollo channel ult faster, faster hook, faster fly out for uppercut, billy would fly out further (range is not affected, only duration), Calico would fly out further, bombs fly out faster, Celeste ult would go out faster (but easier to make it dud), doorman's cart would go a bit further, Lash will slam down faster, Drifter's mark would come out faster, Dynamo's pulse up would be harder to hit, Graves summon would be faster, as well as the zombies that come from it, McGinnis ultimate would hit out faster, Rem's pillows will hit out faster, Mina's umbrella would be instant nuke, Mirage would travel faster and further, etc.

The characters that it would not be so useful on would be Mo and Krill, weak on Seven (but can be worth buying potentially), and some characters that build tank buster/mystic burst would sometimes have to change the ability they put the burst on, which can hurt or enable them for a transition.

Honestly, I really love this idea! And I'm coming from someone in high elo. Bump!
