Frequent Lag Spike / Complete Disconnects

I've been experiencing significant lag spikes all the way up to complete internet disconnects (which impacts my entire desktop as showing disconnected from the internet) for about 3 weeks now. It makes the game unplayable in early laning and tends to happen at the absolute worst times (i.e. prior to teamfights or getting poked)

Far from the only user with this issue that is exclusively with Deadlock
