freezes if tabbed out when opening the game

if I click on something on the other monitor while the game is launching, the game doesnt load and is not responsive. happens every time

I have same issue. Happened several times already. In task manager game is stuck on "Not responding" status with close to 0 - 0.2% CPU usage and 404.8MB RAM.
