Freezes from abilities

On some random moment, it can be infernos Ult, or Haze knife, or any other ability who perform visual effect, game fps fall to 2-3, so I count that like a freeze or lag, but it happens only when ability appears on the screen. I have 3050rtx Laptop, and playing on low setting where I get 120-140fps

I have too, plus random freezes on game, if i play longer then freezes appear more often.

I very hate developers of this game when i have freeze on fight. Try to learn some graphical optimizing and MEMORY LEAKING!!!
