FRAMETIME Heavy stuttering / FPS + reproducing

I'm having the same issue, unplayable 100-150MS frametime which goes away when alt-tabbing and then returns a few seconds later, sometimes disconnecting from the game and rejoining fixes it for a few minutes. I did notice it only shows up on the main map (including when it's empty), if I load into the hotel/sandbox with multiple people and spam abilities I get a stable capped framerate with no issues. No issues with other games either.

I've changed nothing on my setup but this issue vanished this afternoon and the game has been playable for the rest of the day. Bizarre, maybe it was a server issue?

Lucky you smh smh. No but seriously good that it works for you now. My issues are so bad and I have tried most things.

Bumping for extra visibility. I tried playing once again after trying a "fix" of enabling mods (didn't work).

This is how my games look after 15-20 minutes, it's just unplayable.
