Framerate drop even on hero sandbox 🥀

It runs smooth as butter at the hideout, but even with almost nothing happening in hero sandbox, I'm getting poor performance. Runs even worse if playing online, because it can barely keep 45fps with lots of stuttering, becoming unplayable.
I tried changing priority, assign different cores, lowering graphics, etc.
Another curious thing: no matter how you change texture quality, VRAM usage keeps very high, basically stuffing all video memory.

My system specs:

• CPU: Xeon E5-2660 v3
• GPU: RX 7600
  • with AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition 26.1.1
• RAM: 32GB DDR4 2133Mhz
• OS: Windows 10 LTSC

Have you tried the config files on gamebanana? It will help make the game run better but it seems like a lot of people are having these issues even on good computer setups such as yours. I think I heard something about a memory leak. Not too sure on that but yeah. What are your settings on adrenalin??? anti lag is better off as an example.
