Framerate drop and shadercache

Ever since the new update my ingame frame rate has dropped quite significantly 144fps -> 50 fps.
However I believe this has to be caused by some sort of bug because if I delete the contents of my shader cache steam folder it gets fixed for maybe one match or at least some time. However after that my fps drops again resulting in the need to delete the cache again.
