When I set 60 fps limiter it stutters really badly, compared to uncapped ~100 fps
Setup: Linux, vulkan renderer, low settings.

To see the difference better, lock your eyes on Sinner's Sacrifice - you can that it's much smoother when uncapped.
I was using Nvidia 1050ti (4 GB VRAM) while recording. But I also tested with much newer card AMD 9060 XT (16 GB VRAM) and can reproduce pretty much an identical stutter when capping to 60 fps.
