It's simple, FPS starts to drop very much when an item is purchased, even with auto purchase.
This happened exactly after the update 11-21-2024. In the video you can also see how strong the friezes are in the background.
If you need any more extensive tests, system indicators, characteristics, let me know what exactly you need to study the problem (if it is not so global)
P.s. I tried to clear the directx cache and reinstall the game, there is no result, the video was recorded just after these actions
