FPS dropping

I played about a week ago and my FPS was doing good, but in the last few days I have experienced FPS drops and stutters during gameplay at all stages goinf from 150+ fps to below 80 to even 20-30 fps and stuttering. I have tried config settings and even that has not fixed the issue.

I know somebody with the same issue. What kind of hardware do you have?
