FPS bug making match unplayable

Match ID: 8837198 & also 8830497

effect: after opening the shop midmatch it causes my fps to drop to around 10 from around 90 and stays there causing the game to become unplayable

duration: after the first time it went away after a few minutes but the second time when I noticed opening the shop caused it to happen again it didn't seem to go away even after a few minutes

another effect: I exited both games hoping that would reset whatever caused it but both times it didn't offer me a chance to rejoin instead letting me queue again immediately

time during matches: about a third or half way through it started happening

gpu: 3060ti
cpu: AMD something can provide more details if needed

Just to clarify the very first time it happened it was match 8830497, I didn't wait long enough to see if it would fix itself I quit thinking I could reconnect, but didnt get the option. Next match it happened twice as described above.
