FPS and Performance Issues

Since the new patch that released on Thursday, I have been having performance issues.

Before, the patch I was consistently getting 40-50 fps regularly. In the new patch, I retain this fps in the lobby and while exploring the empty map.

When in a bot match, if I look towards mid or the blue lane, my performance spikes and drops to 5-10 frames a second.

Changing my video settings seems to have no effect on this issue, and I've seen others on higher end systems report similar issues.

I second this. I should NOT be getting 70fps on an RX 9060XT 16gb at 1080p at the lowest settings. Maybe it's because I'm on Linux? I thought Valve were championing Linux so performance would be decent. I'm seriously getting half the framerate I was getting prior to the Thursday patch.

I've been discussing this bug on this forum thread. Same stuff in the console. Sometimes in street brawl on Archmother, I will temporarily not have the bug in yellow lane. I get the impression this is something we have to wait for Valve to resolve, although people on this thread did posit some potential fixes.

Yeah same here. Base was fine before, but my FPS tanks to around 14 FPS during endgame, with all the stuff going on.

For reference, I'm running Deadlock on my:
GTX 1050Ti 4GB (Laptop)
Intel i7-9750H 2.60GHz
16 GB RAM
On an SSD, forgot the details.
