Found a spot to get on the skybox on New Map

You need warp stone, stand on the edge of the green overhang. And tp upwards. You can tickle people from the skybox for maybe 3 whole damage. The only way of getting down is death.

You can also hide in the Baroness Hotel roof (since it has no collision) and roleplay as Lee Harvey Oswald on November 22nd, 1963 in Parkland Health, Dallas TX at approximately 12:30pm as Vindicta.

Also found nearly the same spot with a Wraith Teleport. I guess every Teleport can go through these Spots (i have found 4 so far)
