Forcibly return to lobby after a minute

Doesn't matter what type of server I join (Regular match, bot match, spectating), after about 60 seconds I'm forcibly returned to the lobby. I can rejoin the match like normal, but will be kicked again in about a minute.

Is still happening after computer restart and reinstall of game.
