Forced to leave game when leaving spectating game

I was trying to watch a game while in queue, and I found a game before joining the spectating game.
Then I was force to join the spctating game, and kicked out of the game found. When trying to join back, the system makes you leave the game you found, not the spectating game.
This shit happened twice in a row, and almost guaranteed bug that happens, and I get temporary ban. Please, I just wanna play some games after work.

Next time as a workaround you can exit the game (i.e. quit deadlock using "exit game" in the esc menu) to avoid abandoning. When you relaunch you'll be able to join
