Forced into spectating a game, then trapped out of bounds, forced to abandon game

While queuing up I tried to spectate a game that had a low spectator amount, after joining a match I was forcibly kicked from that match, then forced into a spectator game. When trying to leave spectating the game said I would get a penalty. I decided to quit to desktop and relaunch the game, I joined the match in progress and got stuck in the spawning island. I tried the dev commands, those didn't work, so I tried falling out of bounds and got stuck inside the map with no way out. I think I was stuck in a teleporter?

Just happened to me, got stuck in the yellow teleporter and Dc on rooftop lobby that lead to it.
