Restorative Locket is supposed to give you +10% spirit resist. When you buy it, it shows an increase of 10% to your spirit resistance in the stats shown in the shop, but the value shown on the left of the screen in-game does not change. In testing using the self damage on Lady Geist's Essence Bomb, it seems that Restorative Locket does not reduce spirit damage taken at all.
