[Fixed] Gaining temporary spirit causes issues with Haze's ultimate, Bullet Dance

If Haze purchases Spiritual Overflow and then it procs the +30 spirit bonus while she is using her ultimate, it will extend the ability's channel time by 3 seconds but will not continue to fire bullets during this extended period.

The same issue occurs with Diviner's Kevlar, which gives +40 spirit while channeling. It causes Haze to have 4 seconds of continued dancing without firing any bullets.
