ITS GETTING WORSE AND WORSE!!! Its unplayable, what have you done to improve your game? you are losing players everyday, its always coin flip when i start the game, some players dont know basic and they have same rank as me. Its impossible to rank up....there is no real support to talk with...

I think they should do a full reset of ranks, but in order for that to work they'll have to establish some skills that they expect different ranks to be able to do consistently. If it's just based on wins/losses, the some people will accidentally get carried to high elos they don't belong in.
