First Blood is Actually Second Blood Bug

All games I have played today and last night had the "First Blood" sound effect and text appear for the second kill, not the first.

Can replicate in any match by dying second lmao

I actually had it happen on third blood in one of mine. I have a mod that changes the killstreak sounds and you can hear first blood says "killing spree", then the second death says nothing, presumably because she died to guardian while fighting dynamo, then third blood says first blood

It has happened to me several times. I tested in single player and it isn't until the 3rd or 4th kill that First Blood is announced sometimes
