Gun: A Flintlock pistol


Abilities

Whirling Fan: Throws her fan forward like a boomerang that deals spirit damage and returns to Fey from her current position. Using this ability while mid-dash will add a mini knock-up effect to it.

• The fan gains bonus damage and speed for each enemies it hits including troops or neutral camps.
• Gain a brief burst of movement speed if an enemy hero is hit.
• Extends the range and be able to reactivate the ability to instantly recall her fan.

Wind Dance: Activate to enter the Wind Dance state for 6 seconds. While in this state reactivating the ability will consume 1 stamina that allows her to dash forward (just a bit farther and quicker than a normal dash). You can reactivate the ability multiple times as long as there are stamina charges and within the timer. (45 second cooldown)

• Increase the Wind Dance state duration
• Lowers the cooldown
• Gains bullet evasion while mid-dash

Zephyr: (Passive) Anytime she is up in the air her weapon deals bonus spirit damage and bullets are applied with movement-slowing effects to enemies. Holding the jump key while in the air will slow down her descent. (a single jump doesn't trigger any of the effects)

• Gain bonus bullet and spirit resist while mid-air.
• Add more bonus spirit damage to her bullets.
• Suspends herself in mid-air while holding the jump key

Vicious Gust: Leaps back up in the air and then quickly releases a powerful gust of wind in a cone area in front of her that deals spirit damage and slows enemies' movement speed. Also destroys any incoming mid-air projectiles like abilities and bullets.

• Siphons 1 stamina from each enemy
• Siphons a percentage of the enemies' movement speed to add it to her own.
• Silences any of the enemies' movement abilities and items

Background: Fey was a famous showgirl in New York and had a dream of having a peaceful family in a suburban house surrounded by a picket fence with his fiancée up until she found out that her beloved died while she was at her job. Police spoke to her and showed her pictures of the crime scene and saw her husband naked on top of an altar and blood everywhere. There were also lit candles and weird markings on the floor made from blood that was all over the place and single piece of robe lying on the ground. Fey is eager to take revenge and was desperate that she seeks help from her mother who is a witch and her father a demon.

I think the background needs a little more polishing, but a character Moulin Rouge styled could work. She would be target of attacks for being mixed race?

I do agree with you that the background kind of seem lackluster. I'm not familiar with Moulin Rogue. What do you think about her abilities?

Whirling Fan and Wind Dance looks good, but I'm not so sure about Zephyr and Vicious Gut, seem like a little lackluster to me, but I'm not a specialist on that, wouldn't know what to add. What I could do is concept art for the character.

This really looks amazing and all she is missing is her hand fan and flintlock. You even included tiny details like horns and a pentagram necklace that connects to her parents. I appreciate the wonderful drawing!

Whirling Fan and Wind Dance looks good, but I'm not so sure about Zephyr and Vicious Gut, seem like a little lackluster to me, but I'm not a specialist on that, wouldn't know what to add. What I could do is concept art for the character.

For Vicious Gust I was choosing between giving her this where the main show of it was her being able to destroy projectiles abilities like an oncoming ult of Grey Talon/Wraith's cards or the other option which is a push-back effect that flings anyone to her direction away from her that's includes enemies and teammates which can be a great tool for engagements or disengagement. I do understand you completely why you feel that way with Zephyr.
