I decided to load up Deadlock after hearing Holliday was added, since she is my most anticipated hero yet! However, I had one very small gripe about how she works...
See, I'm a big fan of revolver type weapons in games that reload individual bullets instead of the entire clip at once. It's really a minor thing, but it adds a lot really rewarding game feel in my opinion.
So I was a little disappointed to see that Holliday's revolver reload animation *appears* to be her reloading bullets individually, but it just reloads the full clip after the short delay. I was hoping it would act a bit more like Abram's reload, where he properly reloads each shell at a time, and you can cancel your reload animation to start firing some more, even without a full clip.
So, I decided to run a poll! And the turn out seemed pretty good!

I was quite surprised how many people felt the same way!
However, I am aware that this would change gameplay a bit. I'm not sure how something like timed reload works for a reload system like this, but being able to cancel your reload early would let Holliday activate her 3 passive headshot more quickly off of cooldown, as well as her barrel roll. I think this would make her a lot smoother to play, but I also understand that doing this could have some negative balance ramifications too.
Still looking forward to her full release regardless! But it would be really cool to have this change added, especially since she is still in the hero labs testing phase!
