Recently I've been watching a lot of classic Mob stuff. Godfather, Sopranos, etc. While playing a match and thinking about some of the classic horror inspiration thats gone into the game, I got a mental image of a Tony Soprano-esc The Creature from the Black Lagoon taking a drag off a fat stogie, the smoke passing through the gills. I'm not at all going to pretend I'm good at balancing, so I'm gonna try to spitball a few things that I think fit the "flavor" of the character without going into too much depth.
When I think swampman/fish creature, I think of something slippery or oily. One of his abilities could make terrain slippery, or coating himself in oil could make him more resistant to certain attacks. Something seaweed related that restricts movement would be thematic, but I don't know if it'd end up being too similar to stake. With the mobster theme I could see some abilities centered around the stogie he's smoking. Maybe its a magic stogie that he could use as a weapon/for abilities. It'd be really funny but I don't know if some organization would say it promotes smoking, so maybe it'd also give a debuff like in Metal Gear Solid 4.
In my head Feech would be the type of guy to get easily ragebaited, and especially by Billy. "He goes about in pity of himself, not knowing a great wind carries him."
