You can get extra stacks from Scalding Spray if you move the hitbox on and off your target really fast.
At base form without moving, you can get 14% weapon damage. With moving you can squeeze out a little more, the max I got was 21%.
After getting all the possible ability duration, the max I got without moving was 51%. The items gave me 15% to start with, so total from Scalding Spray was 36%.
With moving, I was able to get up to 84%. The total being 69% from Scalding Spray.
There is 3 bots in these clips but it also works against 1 target.
