I tried to reproduce this in lobby, highly likely its because of 50% of piercing rounds stats. This bug worked only on haze, and it worked even if fixation was with no upgrades. I tried buying rounds on Geist and McGinnis - no results. I had been killing poor infernus with cheatdeath in sandbox for 1000+ times...
