Fast Pause/Unpause led to severe frame drops for entire lobby, shop lighting bugged

After one of the members on my team accidentally paused, and then unpaused, the entire lobby got hit with severe fps drops until a lengthy pause fixed everything. Looking at the nearby shop after the second pause dropped frames for a second as well. Also caught it on video, note: LOUD (sorry)

Another thing of note (not captured in the video), was that I kept getting disconnected throughout the match. I did not lose connection with my discord call I was in, so I'm guessing it's on Valve's end.

I had the same thing happen to me as well, exact same bug and funnily enough (likely unrelated) I was also playing Dynamo lmao.
Yeah it was definitely something with the light bulbs on the shop, but I can't confirm if the whole lobby was experiencing that as well, considering my friend in the call didn't.
