Fast fire rate making screen tear and jerk and shake

hey, been having a problem in the last week that whenever i get fast fire rate, mainly on haze infernus, everytime im shooting my screen is tearing and shaking so bad it makes it unplayable, i tried this out in the sandbox and it didnt happen, so makes me think its something with connection causing so i turned off stream and that didnt help, and then the last game i had 31 ping and this one i had 50 ping straight, dont really know how to fix or what to do, its kinda hard to tell at the start but becomes very obvious when im sliding down the road and shooting the bebop, sorry streams a lil compressed but the jerking and screen tearing was on my end as well

just tried to recreate in a custom lobby with friend for better footage, had 25 ping and the tearing did not happen not matter how much fire rate i had...

Have this same issue and it doesn't go away even after restarting game or computer

i found out its a replay bug, whenever you replay a death it will happen, i usually just have to restart game a couple times then when i get in game its like my game is broke, but itll fix itself in like 30 seconds and then go back to normal with no bugs
