General Overview:
Falsetto is a mimic like creature that uses his shapeshifting abilities to trick and ambush opponents. His visual identity plays on the uncanny valley with a crooked smile, cylindrical pointed nose and crazy eyes. He speaks exclusively in either falsetto or the complete opposite with incredibly deep, unsettling voice.
Background:
Essentially an even more messed up Pinocchio.
Giorgio was a middle-aged Italian immigrant tailor living in the US, good at his craft but overall an understated career. One day he goes to his workshop and goes to move some bolts of fabric when one comes alive and bites off his hand. The monster then begins to assume a more human-like form and begins to communicate in a very simple way using half-sentences. The tailor realises after a short exchange that the monster doesn't know what it is and essentially gained consciousness by consuming human flesh, he adopts it seeing it as an infantile animal and dubs it Falsetto due to its jarringly high voice.
For the next decade he keeps it chained to a wall in his workshop to prevent it from attacking him again but uses his shape changing abilities to emulate different fabrics and act as bespoke tools to further improve his craft. Giorgio experiments further with the mimic's capabilities and comes to the conclusion that the creature can take on properties from anything it eats. Falsetto has a childlike whimsy about everything and doesn't necessarily see his imprisonment as bad and considers Giorgio his father. The tailor on the other hand only sees Falsetto as a tool and a pet that must be controlled.
Falsetto's abilities allow him to perfectly mimic most non-living things but he struggles to perfectly emulate humans and animals when taking their form. The thought that he will never truly be like his father, human, is the thought that fuels most of his negative thoughts when they happen.
After a lengthy time together Giorgio dies of old age, leaving nothing behind but Falsetto who now is seeking out the ritual to "become a real boy".
Visuals
Early 20th century Italian high fashion version of Pinocchio clothes. Incredibly palid complexion and taut skin over really angular bony limbs and face. Eyes are big and childlike - weird Disney eyes, crooked smile and short pointy nose. Voice is primarily in falsetto with that kind of whimsical talking to children quality.
Skills
Gun: Using his hand as a gun that fires finger nails or bone fragments
1. Vicious Swipe: hand gets bigger and turns into a massive claw as he does a giant ~180 degree cleave from right to left
2. Shapeshift: can select a jungle creep, lane creep, destroyable container or Sinner's Sacrifice to destroy it and take its shape in the location it was initially in. You gain a % of the souls you would otherwise gain by killing the creep/breaking the container/using the Sinner's Sacrifice. You can remain in this shape for a significant amount of time and there's no tell that you're a fake. An enemy can shoot or melee you to break the shapeshift. You can melee/heavy melee out of this form with increased range and travel speed to ambush opponents, this should be a skill shot.
3. Chicken Legs: Falsetto's legs become larger and shaped like bird legs, granting him move speed and increased jump height for a short duration.
4. Big Bite: Mouth becomes a massive maw of teeth and you quickly bite an enemy that's directly in front of you, stealing a property/skill from them (not their ultimate) and dealing large dmg + debuffing enemy for a small time. An example of something stolen would be gaining Infernus' burn etc. This skill can be used while shapeshifted and will have increased range and dmg, making it a lot easier to use when ambushing opponents.
