False Communication Restriction

What is the proper way to go about a communication restriction appeal? I believe I was falsely reported, and it led to a 2-day restriction on my account. I rarely use voice chat and if I do its just for call outs. Text chat I only say gg (sometimes "gg ez" sarcastically) or use the quick chat "good game!" or "retreat". The only game I paused was my headset became loose, so I paused and typed in all chat. It was after a fight, but it was not something restriction worthy. If I remember correctly, I said "mmm that parry was nice" while waiting for unpause countdown. (The enemy team killed me and paused and bantered back as well, but nothing bad was said by either side.)

There is nowhere to appeal. The system is complete shite and excessively harsh with zero recourse available.

Yeah this system is awful. There is no explanation as to what the infraction was, it just seems to be automated and Valve is totally hands-off. The toxic people aren't actioned but the people who call them out are. Great.

Missed this rank reset because I was comm banned for no reason during a win streak with positive comms. Enemy can report me and get me banned from ranked if I win? Cool.
