Hello,
I was falsely banned from matchmaking for 2 hours as I decided to restart my game about 2.5 minutes in queue. The queue was longer than normal, so I thought something was up, and then I noticed my previous matches were not loading at all in my profile menu. There were no games on display for me to click on, so I thought I was just bugged or offline while still being in the game.
I try restarting my game, and I am unable to sync, so I restarted my pc and got back into deadlock normally. However, once I got back in, I was banned for two hours. My guess is I found a match while my game was shutting down and it counted as a dodge. If this is a false positive, please let me know as I do not want to be put into low priority queue! This is the second time I got banned, and I do not want my timer to keep going up for reasons not in my control.
I am a good sport in games (averaging over 2 commends per game) and I really enjoy games with high comms, being put in low priority queue would make the game unfun for me. I appreciate all the work you guys do and I am addicted to your game
