falloff bullet damage is 90% on very short distance and target locking on CSing

ex- within 40 meters damage is 100%, 41+ meter falls off to 90% đź’€


last hitting requires target locking that changes your attack to 1 shots, and you can hold and release to attack. minion gains high bullet resistance when health falls very low, so it forces last hitting with target locking coz shots are pure damage, the shots goes through other creeps that arent target locked. maybe it only exists at certain times
