Failed getting hero builds

whenever I open up the store and go to the build browser I keep getting this error.
"Error
Failed getting hero builds"
I've tried reinstalling making sure mods are all off and ive turned my vpn off. This has persisted for multiple days so it doesn't seem to be a steam issue

I tried to change my language from english to another and back and now I dont even have the default build

I switched to linux and it fixed it for me

Uninstalling the game with Geek Uninstaller Free (use force removal) and then reinstalling worked for me! I guess lingering files caused a conflict causing this bug
