Yes, these keys exist.
I use F13 (bound from my mouse) to use as my push-to-talk button in applications. However, Deadlock does not seem to support these keys, so whenever I try to bind my Team Voice Chat to it, Deadlock doesn't even register a keypress taking place, let alone assign it.
