This only happens to deadlock for me, the game would stutter and the frametime would sometimes jump to 5000+ ms in game, I recorded a video showing this.
I know it can be because of my hardware but I am at my wits end because this only happens to Deadlock for me and I've tried validating/ reinstalling and nothing works
