During the game, one of my opponents, Vindicta, experienced an Internet outage. This prompted one of their teammates to pause the game, which caused extreme lag and led Windows to report that the game crashed twice. Although the issue resolved itself after about two minutes, other teammates experienced similar issues.
In the same game, my teammates picked up the urn and then dropped it just as the second urn was due to spawn. The second urn did indeed spawn before the first was turned in, resulting in two urns appearing on the map simultaneously. Additionally, the announcer who usually indicates when the urn is picked up or dropped remained silent.
