Express shot uses bullets even when sliding, sometimes incorrect amount.

While theory crafting, I discovered express shot's extra shot uses two bullets from the clip even when sliding. This persists even through Shiv's right click, which should use more than two.

Steps to replicate:
Purchase express shot, begin to slide and fire gun once, either m1 or m2. Finish sliding, 8/10 bullets in chamber.

When done without express shot, shiv will have a full clip.
