Express Shot tooltip is wrong, bad, and incomplete.

First of all, how it's wrong and bad: the tooltip reads "+30% Extra Ammo Consumed." This is not what it does.

30% EXTRA ammo would be 1.3 ammo per shot, and because it fires twice, a total of 2.6 ammo. But wait... you can't spend a fraction of a bullet. That's silly.

So... what does it actually do? Well it's not 30% "extra" but 30% of your MAXIMUM ammo. That is very different and waaay more expensive.

If apples are a dollar and I tell you buying two costs 30% extra, but I'll give you the big apples that are extra tasty, you would expect to pay 2.60 monies, right? Well then it's not really fair if, upon handing over the apples, I snap my fingers and two armed thugs come out of nowhere to take 30% of everything in your wallet.

Thus I submit the tooltip is not simply wrong in that it does not accurately describe how the item works, but also bad in that it is also very misleading.

Additionally, the tooltip is incomplete. While doing some testing earlier, I noticed I was unable to land any critical hits with the double shot. This is a pertinent detail and it should be included in the description. Players may be tempted to hold their fire until they can line up a headshot to really make that double tap count--particularly with Doorman--but this is pointless, as you are not rewarded for landing it, and this hesitation can mean a world of difference.
