Buy express shot, i used lash for this purpose.
Fire a burst into the chest of an enemy and note the damage (was 117 for me)
wait for express shot to recharge
fire a burst into the head of an enemy and note the damage. (mine was 117 again)
tested it against my buddy who reported that was also receiving the same amount of damage on his client.
the small bullet damage numbers SAY they should be doing the headshot damage (17 body 24 head) but it does not reflect that in the actual damage done.
