Express shot causes 2 real bullets and 2 fake bullets. the fake bullets bounce another time off the environment and do no damage. Also currently the ricochet mechanic when hitting a hero does not keep the express shot damage bonus.
I found an easy way to test the express shot fake bullets in the sandbox aiming at the eye of the frog poster past the guardian. it makes it very obvious. just place a bot at where the fake bullets land.
