Express Shot consumes ammo from the magazine while sliding

Normally sliding is meant to give you infinite ammo as indicated by the ammo indicator changing but while the initial shot doesn't consume ammo, Express Shot's proc does; when firing Shiv's weapon while sliding with the item, 3 units of ammo will be consumed from the magazine when it triggers.
