explore nyc black screen, changing heroes locks you out.

when starting explore nyc, i am stuck on a black screen with the logo in the top left. i can change hero, but when i do, i am fully locked out. thank you thank you thank you.

I get a black screen on load, but hitting esc I can see the menu but nothing else other than fire, etc.

got it to work once after playing for a little while, but after restarting to update it broke again. posting respective consoles for both screenshots.

im having the same issue. its just a black screen when i click on the "explore NyC" menu option
